The phone call that became
Sue's Home Care
While working as a nurse at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Sue Pullar was asked by a family to help organise 24-hour care for their elderly mother. That experience became the starting point for Sue’s Home Care.
2016
From paper scheduling to a digital care platform
As the team grew, Sue’s Home Care moved from manual scheduling to a digital care management platform, helping coordinate staff, shifts and care information more efficiently. ShiftCare describes the business as growing from “two staff and a double-paged diary” into a 100-employee home care business.
2021
Expanded disability support through NDIS registration.
Sue’s Home Care expanded its disability support services and is listed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an approved registered NDIS provider.
Today
Still nurse-led. Still personal.
